Both growth and decrease of prices of apartments rental is seen in different districts of Kiev.
All types of apartments have risen in price: 1-roomed – by 3.01 %, 2-roomed – by 7.44 %, 3-roomed – by 9.05 %.

Living in such houses can be rather dangerous for their residents, so you should carefully check before renting a flat in Odessa in a building like that.
